The Shape of Survival
At the heart of Anka House is a guiding philosophy shaped by six core themes—Faith, Body, Mind, Regeneration, Society, and ultimately Stewardship. These interconnected pillars form the foundation of every experience, design decision, and offering across the estate. Each theme invites guests to explore a different dimension of healing and transformation, rooted in self-awareness, environmental responsibility, and a deeper connection to the world around them.
Together, they create a compass for purposeful living and a framework for lasting impact.
FAITH
Faith is the foundation of inner trust—a return to belief in oneself, in others, and in something greater. At Anka House, faith is not about religion, but about reconnecting to hope, resilience, and the unseen strength that carries us forward.
MIND
The mind holds both memory and imagination. This theme explores emotional clarity, mental wellness, and the power of reflection. At Anka House, practices are designed to quiet the noise and cultivate mental spaciousness.
SOCIETY
Society reflects the ways we live together. This theme invites guests to examine community, culture, justice, and belonging, with a focus on how individual healing contributes to collective transformation.
BODY
The body is the vessel through which we experience the world. Through nourishing food, movement, rest, and care, guests are invited to restore their physical well-being and develop a deeper relationship with the body as a sacred home.
REGENERATION
Regeneration is the act of renewal, of land, of systems, and of self. From bio-regenerative agriculture to personal healing, this theme reminds us that restoration is always possible and that cycles of growth begin with care.
STEWARDSHIP
Stewardship is the responsibility to protect and nurture what we have been given. At Anka House, this means caring for the Earth, for each other, and for the legacy we leave behind. It is where healing turns into action.
“The most powerful thing I ever did was learn to love myself so I could show up fully for others.”
